The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Andaye, has described the late Senior Apostle Joel Yeibo Peretiemo as a “devoted servant of God” whose life was a testament to unwavering faith and humility.
Hon. Andaye made these remarks during the burial ceremony held at the Kpakiama Secondary School field in Kpakiama Urban Community, Bomadi local government area of Delta State.
Accompanied by his wife, Hon. Mrs. Rejoice Andaye, the Chairman joined a large gathering of dignitaries, church faithful, and sympathizers to bid farewell to the revered cleric who passed away at the age of 80.
In his tribute, Andaye highlighted the late Apostle’s tireless commitment to the ministry, noting that his eight decades on earth were defined by spiritual mentorship and the spread of the gospel.
“Apostle Yeibo dedicated his life to spreading the gospel and mentoring believers,” Andaye stated.
“He leaves behind a legacy of righteousness and spiritual growth that has profoundly impacted this community and beyond.”
The Chairman further remarked that the massive turnout at the funeral was a clear indicator of the deep respect and love the late cleric commanded during his lifetime.
He urged the bereaved family and the Kpakiama community to find solace in the Apostle’s virtuous life and to uphold the values he championed.
The solemn event saw the presence of several prominent figures, including,Dr. Louis Otuis, General Preye Ekpebide, Hon. Frank Ogodobiri,Hon. Toney Boubai Enai, Mr. Frances Muturu (AKA General Aboy)
The ceremony concluded with a call for the younger generation to draw inspiration from the late Apostle’s contributions to God’s vineyard and humanity at large.
