Speaker Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has felicitated with the immediate past Deputy Governor of the State, His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro as he clocks 57 today, April 16.
The Speaker in his congratulatory message to Deacon Otuaro who served as Deputy Governor of the state between 2015 – 2023, described him as delightful and compassionate in service.
Rt Hon Guwor, said he is grateful for the opportunity to have served under the leadership of the celebrant as Executive Assistant, saying that his guidance and mentorship have been invaluable.
The Speaker in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, CPS, Nkem Nwaeke, appreciated Deacon Otuaro for being a remarkable leader and mentor, saying that the experience and knowledge gained working with him were outstanding.
Rt Hon Guwor who is the National Treasurer Conference of Speakers of State Houses of Assembly in Nigeria, wished the immediate past Deputy Governor, many more years of happiness, good health, and fulfillment as he marks his 57 natal anniversary.
He said, “Your Excellency, as you celebrate your 57th birthday today, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the tutelage and mentoring. Your leadership, wisdom, and dedication to public service were of great value and commendable.
“Your impact on my life and career has been profound. I am so grateful for the lessons learned and experiences shared working with you, even as I look forward to continuing relationship.
“Happy birthday Your Excellency and many happy returns. May God’s blessings be upon you and your family”, Guwor stated.
