Voters in Warri South Local Government Area are yet to commence voting as at Nine in the morning following delay by INEC officials to distribute voting materials .
INEC Electoral Officer , EO Warri South local Government Area Mr Kingsley Egboe told Actual News that the delay was due to logistics and appealed to the people of Warri South local Government area to be Calm as the elections will commenced in the next two hours .
Mr Kingsley later disclosed that they would commence the distribution of materials first to the riverine areas because of the distance.
Some INEC Adhoc staff and corp members lamented that the delay is not proper because at the end pressure will be on them .
