The All Progressives Congress (APC) member representing Warri South Constituency II at the Delta State House of Assembly, Chief ( Hon) Benson Obire has applauded and appreciated Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori over his inspection of road construction projects in Marine Quarters and Lower / Upper Erejuwa Road in the constituency on Friday.
Obire who accompanied Governor Oborevwori on the inspection visit, remarked that the inspection visit was an indication of Governor Oborevwori ‘ s passion for quality jobs.
He enjoined residents of the said areas to be patient and that the projects will soon be completed.
The law maker who is also the Deputy Unuovwodo ( tradititioal representative of the Ovie of Agbarha Warri kingdom ) of Otovwodo (Agbassa) Community Warri however joined his voice to that of quick completion of the projects.
He said that the construction of the culvert at Lower Erejuwa Road near the Warri Main Motor Park was causing flooding problems in the Southern part of Igbudu Market .
Obire expressed fears that further rainfall will cause serious flooding in the market and its environs.
