OBOREVWORI, EYEYITOMI , OTHER EMINENT NIGERIANS BIDS FAREWELL TO OKUMAGBA II

The 2023 Peoples Democratic Party         ( PDP) candidate Rt ( Hon ) Chief Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, the member representing Warri Federal Constituency at the Green Chambers of the National Assembly, Chief ( Hon) Thomas Eyeyitomi , the Commissioner For Project Monitoring Audit, Chief Anthony Ofoni , Senior Special Assistant (SSA ) on Youth Development Chief Austin Atiti , the immediate past Chairman of PDP Warri South Local Government Area, Hon Amah Agbajoh , chieftains of other political parties, captain of industries, religious leaders community leaders were among distinguished Nigerians that bid  farewell to the  Orosuen  of Okere Urhobo  kingdom  HRM Sir Emmanuel Onobreyakpeyan Okumagba ,Okumagba II  at the grand finale of rites of passage in Warri on Saturday 8th October, 2022.

Those of them that spoke at the event extolled the virtues of the departed traditional ruler
In his key note address, the Regent of Okere Urhobo Kingdom High Chief (retired Brigadier General )Gold Eburu appreciated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and others for commiserating with Okere Urhobo Kingdom over the transition of the traditional ruler.

” The Orosuen as you all know was an amiable personality, a brave and courageous king who within the short period of his reign did everything possible to completely bring together all the constituent families of the kingdom for a better, peaceful and amiable coexistence.
” We promised to live by this vision which he has established by the grace of God ”
The head of Okumagba Family, Chief Bright Okumagba who spoke at the event , expressed gratitude to God for the beautiful weather and also appreciated those that grace the occasion.

The event featured the popular and sensational Midaka Okpe Cultural Dance
Meanwhile the entire Urhobo Kingdom was shot down for business and social activities during the grand finale of the the rites of passage of Okumagba II
