Members of the Peoples Democratic Party ,PDP Ward 7 in Ugbomro ,Uvwie local government area of Delta State have passed a vote of confidence in Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and pledged their total support to him beyond 2027.
The vote of confidence and endorsement of the Governor was done during the PDP uvwie Local government Area ward to ward visit to ward 7 Ugbomro.
The Executive Chairman Uvwie local Government, Hon chief Anthony Onoriode Ofoni ,the chairman Ward 7 Hon James Arhiayere amongst others received the leader of PDP in Uvwie and executive chairman of Delta State Board of internal Revenue service chief Solomon Okporua Ighrakpata, Chairman PDP uvwie Local government area Elder Efe Okoledo and his executive to ward 7
In his opening remarks ,the ward 7 chairman Hon James Arhiayere thanked the leaders of the party for the visit and pledged that members of the party in Ward 7 would continue to support the Oborevwori’s led administration inorder to attract more development to the area.

While passing a vote of confidence in Governor Sheriff Oborevwori,
Hon Arhiayere disclosed that ward 7 do not have opposition party and would vote one hundred percent for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori come 2027
For his part Chairman of Uvwie local government Chief Anthony Ofoni who is a member of ward 7 also informed the leaders of the party that ward 7 is PDP and the party will be victorious come 2027 assuring that uvwie local government will produce the highest votes .

Chief Ofoni who also passed a vote of confidence in Governor Oborevwori,highlighted some of the Governor’s achievements to include the ongoing construction of Effurun -Warri flyover , construction of roads, empowerment for Youths and women amongst others.
Others who spoke including the former ward 7 chairman Mr Andrew Owujakpo , a woman representative, Efe and Arewa community leaders pledged to vote for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori come 2027.
The chairman of the people’s Democratic party,PDP in Uvwie local government area Elder Efe Okoledo informed the people that PDP is the winning party and asked those yet to join to freely register with the party because the state Governor Rt hon Sheriff Oborevwori will win again come 2027.

He thanked the members of PDP Ward 7 who are lucky to have the council chairman Chief Anthony Ofoni as their member to continue to be loyal to the party , stressing that Chief Ofoni has been executing and commissioned projects
Since he was elected chairman of the council to compliment the efforts of the state Governor who has turned Delta State to project site.
Elder Okoledo enjoined the people to support Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for him to embark on more projects in Uvwie and Delta State in General.
He advised those yet to get their voters card to ensure they get it before the 2027 election.
The leader of PDP in Uvwie local government,Chief Solomon Ighrakpata assisted by the Uvwie council chairman, Chief Anthony Ofoni and PDP chairman Uvwie local government Elder Efe Okoledo later presented the PDP cards to newly registered members of the party.
