An ultra-modern Mini-Stadium is also ongoing in Kpakiama Urban, a project hailed as a game-changer for sports infrastructure, talent discovery and local economy.
On human capital, the administration has rolled out empowerment programmes for the elderly with cash grants and medical outreach. It has also taken over WAEC and NECO enrolment fees for Senior Secondary School students, easing financial burden on parents.

The Chairman, described as accessible and people-centric, has sustained regular town hall meetings and stakeholder engagements with political leaders, traditional rulers, youths, traders and religious groups.
He has also supported monthly prayer sessions with CAN and PFN, and backed initiatives by his wife, Hon. Mrs. Rejoice Andaye, including hosting wives of clergy and wives of the 25 LGA Chairmen.
Labor relations have remained cordial, with prompt payment of salaries, staff training, and welfare packages during festivities in partnership with NULGE.
Bomadi LGA under Andaye also hosted major events including the birthday of the wife of Delta State Governor, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, and the commissioning of the 31km Ohoror-Bomadi Road by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
