The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, has congratulated Delta State Chief Economic Adviser, Dr. Barry Pere Gbe, on his 56th birthday.
In a statement released to journalists, Hon. Andaye described Dr. Gbe as an outstanding technocrat, accomplished scholar, and visionary leader.
He commended the celebrant’s contributions to public policy, fiscal discipline, and economic growth in Delta State.
The council chairman highlighted Dr. Gbe’s commitment to intellectual advancement and self-development, noting that he remains a symbol of purposeful leadership, humility, and disciplined living for Delta youth.
Hon. Andaye offered prayers for long life, sustained good health, and divine guidance, wishing Dr. Gbe many more years of impactful service to Delta State and Nigeria.
