An Agbarho based religious minister and prominent member of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, Delta State Chapter, Bishop Akpocha Christopher Igbigbisie has faulted reports making the round in the social media, that Delta State Chapter of PFN has endorsed a Presidential and Gubernatorial Candidates of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
Bishop Igbigbisie who is the founder of City of Prayers Ministry Agbarho popularly known as CPM, said the PFN which is apolitical is made up of different denominations whose leaders and members belong to various political parties and as such cannot endorse any candidate or party.
He noted that, the leadership of the PFN only prayed for all the Candidates that attended their programme at their Headquarters in Agbarho but did not endorse anyone.
The renowned clergyman said the clarification became necessary, so that Deltans will not be misled and portray the State leadership of PFN especially it’s Chairman, Bishop Kingsley Enakhireri in bad light.
Bishop Igbigbisie urged eligible voters in the state to disregard the purported endorsement and come out enmasse to vote for credible leaders of their choice that will move the State and Country forward on February 25 and March 11, 2023.
