The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, felicitated with the undisputed political leader of Bomadi LGA, Distinguished Senator James Ebiouwou Manager, on his 66th birthday anniversary.
