Just In:UPU PG, Ese Gam appoints Oghenesivbe Special Adviser, Media and Publicity

Renowned communication strategist, lawyer, political scientist and Director General, Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, Olorogun (Barr) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has been appointed as Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President General of Urhobo Progress Union Worldwide, Chief Ese Gam Owe Esq.

 

Chief Gam, in a letter dated 26th February 2025, said Oghenesivbe’s appointment is for the best interest of the Union and Urhobo people worldwide.

 

Olorogun Oghenesivbe, while accepting the appointment on Wednesday, thanked the President General of UPU Worldwide, for considering him worthy to serve the union and the entire Urhobo people worldwide.

 

He pledged his absolute loyalty to the course of Urhobo Nation, assuring that his appointment would bring new innovations and result oriented strategies to UPU information dissemination via multifaceted communication channels.

 

“I accept my appointment as the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President General of Urhobo Progress Union, Worldwide.

 

“Many thanks to the President General of UPU Worldwide, Chief Ese Gam Owe and the union, for considering me worthy for this appointment, and am indeed very grateful.

 

“It is a call to serve the union, and the entire Urhobo Nation. I pledge to serve our amiable PG Worldwide and the union without blemish.

 

“I will be proactive, tenacious, dedicated and strategically deliberate in projecting the union, and to protect the image and integrity of the respected office of our esteemed President General, Chief Ese Gam Owe, Esq,” Oghenesivbe assured.

 

Olorogun (Dr) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, holds multiple degrees in various academic discipline, including Law, Political Science, public administration, information and strategy management, and Mass Communication.

 

He hails from Kokori Inland, in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, and maternally from Okpara Inland in Ethiope East LGA. He’s happily married with children.

 

Oghenesivbe is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, NIIA, Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, Distinguished Fellow, Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management, F.CISM, member, International Communication Association, M.ICA, Member, Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria, M.ACSPN, Member, Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch, M.NBA, among others.
