Rotary Club of Ubeji has installed Rotarian Emmanuel Etsano as the 14th President of Rotary Club of Ubeji.
Our Correspondent Reports that during the investiture of Rotarian Etsano as the new President of Rotary Club of Ubeji, chairman of the event,Mr kayode Edamolekun an Engineer commended Rotary Club of Ubeji for touching the lives of the people in its mandate areas positively.
Engr. Edamolekun stated that Rotary club of Ubeji has touched lives,transform communities and create lasting change in its mandate area.
He encouraged Rotarians, guests to donate generously to Rotary club of Ubeji inorder for the club to execute it’s 2024/2025 projects.
For his Part outgoing President Rotary Club of Ubeji Rotarian Daniel Edemayibo commended the Board ,members of Rotary Club of Ubeji and the project team for a successful execution of various projects in the 2023/2024 Rotary year to include renovation and Inauguration of Ubeji Grammar school’s chemistry laboratory in partnership with sokome care foundation and Rotary District 9141, skills acquisition training for 60 communities Indigenes from Ubeji , Egbokodo and Ifie ,medical materials support to mothers and children in partnership with Rotary clubs of Ogunu and Edjeba amongst others.
He urged members of the club to give same support given to him to the newly installed President of Rotary Club of Ubeji,Rtn Emmanuel Etsano
Also speaking the newly installed President of Rotary Club of Ubeji Rotarian Emmanuel Etsano thanked everyone that contributed to the 2024/25 service project during the installation event .
He stated that the Rotary club of Ubeji will this year draw more people to the Rotary family by harnessing technology to bring the magic of rotary to the doorstep of everyone, executing impactful and life changing projects and crafting unforgettable, diverse, inclusive and fun-filled Rotary fellowship experiences.
He revealed that with the donations so far the club will execute projects to prevent and fight diseases, protect mother and child, provide cean water, sanitation and hygiene, support education and literacy, grow the local economy, promote peaceful co-existence and protect the environment
The installation ceremony featured cutting of cake raffle draw , lecture by an Assistant Governor District 9141, Rotarian Reginald Patrick Nnoshiri,induction of new member and Inauguration and oath taking by Directors
