He emphasized that he is happy about the withdrawal of Chief Hon Opuoru from the contest and that the former member of Delta State House of Assembly withdrawal for the race , is a welcome development for Urhobos of Warri. ” It is a testament to the unity of Urhobos of Warri. Divided we fall, united we stand”.

The highly esteemed chief of Okere Urhobo Kingdom used the opportunity to canvas support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ( BAT) and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for the 2027 general elections.
Omagbemi however expressed optimism that President Tinubu, Governor Oborevwori and APC will record landslide victories in the 2027 in Delta State as he said that he does not any opposition that can the duo in particular and Delta State in general.
