The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, on Saturday, July 4, 2026, attended the 50th Birthday Anniversary and Book Launch of Dr. Alfred Oyinmiebi Gbe, Ph.D., held at Lemaco Hall, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The event featured the presentation of Dr. Gbe’s book, Restoring Political Nobility in Nigeria: Pathways to Ethical Leadership.
It attracted eminent personalities, traditional rulers, political leaders, professionals, family members, and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate the scholar and author.
Speaking at the occasion, Hon. Andaye described Dr. Gbe as an “accomplished intellectual per excellence” whose dedication to scholarship, excellence, and nation-building continues to inspire many.
He commended the celebrant for marking his golden jubilee with the book launch, calling the publication a timely contribution to national discourse on ethical leadership, responsible governance, and the restoration of noble values in public service.
