Funkekeme Takes Renewed Hope Sensitization To uvwie , As Ofoni, Stakeholders Reaffirm Support For Tinubu, Oborevwori

The Delta State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Rt. Hon. Solomon Funkekeme, has taken the campaign for the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to Uvwie Local Government Area.

The visit forms part of the ongoing LGA-to-LGA familiarization tour across Delta State’s 25 local government areas aimed at mobilizing grassroots support for the All Progressives Congress, APC, and promoting federal and state government policies.

Actual News Correspondent Reports that the meeting was held at Festus Keyamo Hall, Effurun, hosted by the Executive Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Council and Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Uvwie, Hon. Chief Anthony Onoriode Ofoni

Addressing stakeholders in Uvwie local government area Rt. Hon. Funkekeme highlighted key reforms of the Tinubu administration that he said are restoring confidence in governance at the national level.

 

 

He listed the removal of fuel subsidy, unification of exchange rates, student loan scheme, massive infrastructural investments, and social intervention programmes as bold steps under the Renewed Hope Agenda that are already delivering results for Nigerians.

 

 

He charged party faithful to take the message to the grassroots and ensure citizens understand and benefit from federal policies. He also urged them to propagate the M.O.R.E Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori in Delta State.

According to him, the Renewed Hope Ambassadors movement is committed to bridging the gap between government policies and the people by deepening sensitization at ward and unit levels ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In his welcome address, Hon. Ofoni commended President Tinubu for providing purposeful leadership and implementing reforms that have repositioned the nation’s economy. He also acknowledged Governor Oborevwori and other party leaders for their commitment to the growth of the APC in Delta State.

 

He said the successes recorded by the APC at all levels are products of collective commitment and visionary leadership, adding that Uvwie Council remains committed to working with party structures to ensure overwhelming victories in 2027.

“I am very confident that as we put in more effort in pursuing our common goal with our focus on ensuring a very successful and victorious outcome, the 2027 elections will be a win-win for us. I therefore encourage us all to remain united and focused as we march towards achieving our goal,” Ofoni stated.

 

 

Also speaking the Uvwie political leader of the all progressives congress APC and executive chairman of Delta state Board of internal Revenue service, Chief Solomon ighrakpata,APC House of representative Candidate for Okpe ,sapele and Uvwie federal constituemcy Chief Ramson Onoyake , Senatorial Representative of Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Chief Steve Sokoh , amongst others assured the state coordinator Renewed Hope Ambassador Delta state chapter Hon Solomon Funkekeme of their readiness to ensure all APC candidates from the President to the state Governor, National and state Assembly retains their seat and become victorious in the 2027 elections.

 

The Stakeholders at the engagements reaffirmed their support for President Tinubu and Governor Oborevwori, and pledged to intensify mobilization for the APC across their wards and units.
