The vice chairman PDP Caucus, ward eleven Burutu local government area of Delta state
Chief (Hon)Akiefa Godspower, has congratulated the governor of Delta state, Rt Hon Sherrif Oborevwori for his victory at the governorship tribunal.
Chief Akiefa while thanking God for the victory ,also prayed that God should finish what he had started in the life of the Govenor as all Power belongs to God ,and him alone deserves all the praises and glory.
The ward eleven caucus vice chairman also used the opportunity to thank and appreciate the governor for starting well by embarking on peoples oriented projects and for his dedication to the democratic process in the state .
It would be recalled that the Governorship Election Tribunal had earlier today Friday 29th September 2023 dismissed the petition filed by Senator Ovie Omo-Agege of the All Progressives Congress APC,challenging Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s election victory.
The three-man tribunal, led by Justice C.H. Ahuchaogu upheld Oborevwori’s victory in the March 18,2023 Gubernatorial election
Chief Akiefa prayed God to enable Governor Oborevwori to complete his eight years tenure in office so he can provide the dividends of Democracy to all Deltans
