BOMADI – The Delta State chapter of the Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees has commended the Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, for his support for workers’ welfare and commitment to grassroots governance.
The commendation was made on Tuesday during the union’s monthly meeting held at the Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori Ultra-Modern Multi-Purpose Event Centre in Bomadi.

The gathering, hosted by Bomadi Chapter Chairman Comrade Jude Elaela, brought together the 25 LGA chapter chairmen of NULGE across Delta State.

Union leaders described Andaye as a worker-friendly administrator whose leadership has promoted peace, cooperation, and effective service delivery in the council.
They said his administration has prioritized staff welfare since assuming office.

Elaela thanked the council boss for attending the meeting despite his busy schedule, assuring him of the union’s continued support.
The 25 chapter chairmen also praised Andaye’s inclusive leadership style and pledged to sustain efforts toward peace, productivity, and efficient service delivery in the local government system.
Andaye appreciated the workers for their loyalty and contributions to grassroots governance.
