The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, has congratulated the First Vice Chairman of the Delta State Traditional Rulers Council and Pere of Akugbene-Mein Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Stanley Perediegha Luke-Kalanama VIII, JP, on his 60th diamond birthday anniversary.
In a message on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, Andaye, speaking on behalf of his family, the council government, and the people of Bomadi, described the monarch as a quintessential royal father whose reign has brought peace, development, and respect to Akugbene-Mein Kingdom.

“Your Majesty, your 28 years on the throne of your forefathers has been marked with sterling leadership, peace and development in your kingdom, Akugbene-Mein, as well as widespread respect for your investment in education through scholarship opportunities extended to your deserving subjects,” Andaye said.
He noted that as an influential voice in Ijaw land and across Delta State, and having previously served as Second Vice Chairman of the State Traditional Rulers Council, the Pere has continued to command admiration beyond Bomadi LGA.
“We the people of Bomadi are proud to be associated with you,” the Chairman added.
Andaye prayed that God would continue to strengthen the monarch with wisdom and sound health of mind and body to keep providing profound leadership to his subjects.
