…. Says Project Embodies Renewed Hope Partnership
The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye on Tuesday joined the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Warri–Sapele–Benin Dual Carriageway Reconstruction Project in Uvwie and Okpe Local Government Areas.
Speaking at the event, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye described the project as a symbol of renewed collaboration between the Federal and State Governments, aimed at improving the lives of Deltans and strengthening inter-state connectivity.
He stated that “the project represents another milestone in Governor Oborevwori’s commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government, in partnership with the Delta State Government.”
Hon. Andaye further noted that the Warri–Sapele–Benin Road remains a critical national infrastructure, serving as a major economic artery linking key cities across the South-South region and providing vital access to Edo State and other parts of Nigeria.
He reaffirmed his principal’s dedication to making Delta State one of the safest and most developed in the nation, through strategic investments in infrastructure and community development across all parts of the state.
The event was graced by top government officials, traditional rulers, community leaders, and captains of industry, all of whom commended the Governor for his visionary leadership and commitment to sustainable development.
