The Head of Ukpebitere Dynasty of Evwreni Kingdom in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, Prince Clement Ukpebitere ( JP ) has declared that the famous family is for peace, unity and progress of the ancient Urhobo Kingdom.
Prince Clement Ukpebitere made the declaration during a press briefing at Ukpebitere Family’s Compound, Evwreni, on Tuesday, 25th July , 2023.
” Our late father, Chief Smart Paul Ukpebitere ( JP), was a champion of peace, unity, and progress of our dear kingdom.
” We his children shall emulate these legacies .
“So any person who does anything in the name of the Ukpebitere that negates these legacies, he/she is on his/her own; the person does not have the support of the family ” he added.
Prince Clement Ukpebitere added further that, “I want to make it clear and with a sound warning that any statement issued in the name of Ukpebitere that is not endorsed by me, that statement is null and void.”
Two distinguished members of the Ukpebitere Dynasty, Prince Simon and Prince Shepherd, who spoke at the press conference, declared their support for the declaration of the Head of Ukpebitere Dynasty of Evwreni Kingdom.
Others that spoke at the crowded press briefing were also full of praises for Prince Clement Ukpebitere for the declaration as some of them remarked that the Ukpebitere Family was known for peace, unity and progress of Evwreni Kingdom and should be seen as such.
