The Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Council,Hon. (Pastor) Jude Chukwunwike joined the Executive Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Council,Chief Anthony Ofoni in celebrating his chieftaincy title conferred upon him by HRM Dr. Emmanuel Sideso JP OON, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom Abe I in Uvwie local government area.
During the ceremony, Chukwunwike commended Chief Ofoni as a commendable ambassador of Uvwie Local Government, praising his significant contributions to the development of the area since he took office.
“I am not surprised that the Uvwie monarch has honored you,” Chukwunwike remarked, emphasizing Ofoni’s commitment to driving progress in the region.
The Aniocha South council chairman offered prayers for continued blessings upon Chief Ofoni, his family, and the people of Uvwie Local Government Area.
The chieftaincy celebration was attended by various local government council chairmen, including Bomadi Local Government Council Chairman Hon. Dagidi Andaye, as well as captains of industry and other dignitaries.
The Chieftaincy title ceremony was part of activities marking the 18th coronation Anniversary of HRM Dr Emmanuel Sideso JP OON Abe I, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom.
